- What services does Tongdilou provide?
Tongdilou provides professional residential and commercial floor drain unclogging and plumbing maintenance services. All services are booked online through our platform with a designated deposit and fulfilled on-site by our service personnel.
- How does the booking and payment process work?
To schedule an appointment, customers are required to pay a booking deposit through our website. The remaining balance for the service is settled upon completion of the on-site work as agreed in the service order.
- What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or failure to provide access to the premises may result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit, in accordance with Dutch consumer protection laws regarding time-sensitive service bookings.
- Are your services covered by a warranty?
We execute our plumbing services with professional standard workmanship. If the same issue recurs within a specified post-service period due to our initial workmanship, customers may contact us for a follow-up assessment, subject to our standard terms and conditions.
- Who is responsible for providing access to the work area?
The customer must ensure clear and safe access to the designated floor drain or plumbing fixtures at the scheduled appointment time. Tongdilou is not liable for delays or inability to perform services resulting from restricted access.
- What are your service coverage areas?
We operate and provide on-site services within our designated service regions in Europe, complying with relevant local municipal and regional regulations.
- How can I contact customer support?
