Description
Floor drains may be included in routine property checks, especially when a home is being prepared for inspection, maintenance, or handover. A drain with visible buildup or poor water flow may require attention before the inspection takes place.
This service provides an on-site check and suitable cleaning of accessible floor drain areas. The technician will inspect the drainage opening, address visible or accessible buildup where appropriate, and check the drainage condition after the cleaning work.
The displayed price is a service deposit for scheduling an on-site appointment, not the final service charge. After paying the deposit, you can arrange a suitable service time. If additional work is needed based on the actual condition of the drain, the required scope and applicable charges will be discussed before proceeding.
